Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Origin account (com.omid.productivity) and everything stored against it, developed by Mokhammad Khanif Nikzad.

Option 1 — delete it yourself, in the app

This is immediate, permanent, and needs no one's help:

1. Open Origin.
2. Go to More → Settings.
3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
4. Read the warning and confirm. You will be asked to confirm a second time, because this cannot be undone.

Your account and all of its data are erased from our servers, and every trace of it is wiped from the device you did it on.

Option 2 — ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email originappsupport@gmail.com from the email address the account uses, with the subject Delete my account.

We use the sending address to verify the request — we cannot delete an account on the word of someone who cannot demonstrate they own it. We confirm within 30 days, and in practice within a few days.

What gets deleted

Everything below is permanently erased, on our servers and on your device:

• Your account and sign-in identity (email address, display name, username)
• Tasks, projects and notes
• Habits, schedules, check-ins and streaks
• Focus sessions and history
• Workouts, routines, custom exercises and logged sets
• Body-weight entries
• Alarms and their settings
• Challenge progress, level and XP
• App preferences (language, theme, units, notification settings)
• Your leaderboard row, friends and friend requests

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing is retained for our own purposes. Two narrow exceptions exist and neither is under our control:

• Purchase records held by Google Play and by our subscription provider (RevenueCat) — retained because tax and accounting law requires a record of a transaction. These contain a purchase identifier and the product bought, not your app content.
• Server logs at our hosting provider, which may contain an IP address and timestamp, are kept on a short rolling basis for security and abuse prevention and then expire automatically.

Backups are rotated on a rolling schedule, so a deleted account may persist in an encrypted backup for a short period before that backup expires. It is never restored into the live service.

If you never made an account

Origin can be used as a guest, and guest data never leaves the device — we have nothing on our servers to delete. Uninstalling the app removes all of it. There is nothing to request from us.
